Does it work if you go to the equipment itself and attach it to a superstar? It won’t work if they already have equipment on unfortunately

If you check the rewards on each game mode, it mentions what you can pull. Like Survivor is Xavier Woods and Stone Cold, or fusion packs have Kofi Kingston and the Rock. Just click on rewards in each event mode and you'll see what's available.

You do not need to max variants for perfect pro! Only lvls & matches. And when fortifying, you don't need to level up anything on the card that's being consumed.
