Now I guess the question is what can be considered a reference and what is considered theft? See this is a good question as anime makes references to movies, tv shows or other notable scenes constantly. One this is plagiarism, as the author who made the video: "Dante Vs Kratos" never stated within the video's description or content about where he gotten his sources from. Even if he added it back later at the time of me publishing this video. That is still not okay, as many people have already seen the original description and more than likely believed this was original. Two lets talk about reference, A reference is a source that refers back to the original. Animation is a bit harder to explain in this context but I will use a book for an example. We quote a passage from the book but we don't take 3 paragraphs and put it in our thesis. We have to cite a small portion of what we read through and use that to explain our point. I don't believe most of Dante Vs Kratos is reference material as many scenes go on longer than 10 seconds a piece. I get that animation will be bound to be repeated but everything I am trying to show is, its a point to point copy.
