How do u get someone pass the opening door after u shoot the enemies to start the dungeon? Because the wall doesn't come down until u r done with that first part

As a newer player thats does ghost of the deep recently i dont get how a lot of this is possible. Howd they skip so much of it?
Most destiny speedruns involve the majority of players doing the encounter while having 1+ player going out of bounds to either hit triggers to progress or straight up pull to the next encounter, while I don’t know this runs routing, you can often see on the minimap one fireteam member just way past the current playable area.
