Cathy Hay ended up politicizing the dress due to the peacock feather embroidery being equated with colonialism in India. There is no way to prove that the wearer thought of this. I believe she made her self sick over it after too many years of studying it and more to the point she couldn't afford to pay embroiderers . So enough is said .

I am so sorry for your loss friend, may she find peace in Heaven, when my grandfather died it broke my heart. However a hummingbird flew by my window staring at me, it got me thinking could my grandfather reborn himself as a hummingbird? Some part of my heart felt peace as my eye's were filled with tears. I love your Phoenix doll, & oh my wow her dress, I love it. Maybe I could try that in ice and blue for a Frost Phoenix dress.

I love this box and played with it the whole afternoon. I was lucky because at that day it was windy, warm and sunny, so my pictures were dry after some hours on my balcony. I love your picture and I enjoy your unboxings very much. I found your art-making process very interesting and it gave me new ideas, what to try with this box.

I just discovered your channel full of doll crafting fun, fantasy and creativity! When I lived with my Oma in Germany, there was a doll factory nearby but they made dolls not nearly as fantastical as yours.

The way the social justice warriors of the woke generation went after Kathy smacked of their self importance and virtue signaling more than anything else. They went after her like a pack of mad dogs. But it didn't stop there as they went full throttle misconstruing her intentions with the project, attacking her character and business practices. May they all have one iota of the talent, sensitivity and forbearance that Kathy had as she navigated that part of her journey. She is engulfed in her new project that is quite lovely in itself, although very different. And yes I wanted her to continue with the peacock project for the attention it brought to the historical aspects of it and the skills it took to make it. But I fully understand that she did what any good entrepreneur would do to save her livelihood.

I love how you tell us about your mistakes. It has me 🤣. Watching your videos saves me money, although I feel bad that you spent 30 euros. You're awesome!
