It would be refreshing if they just asked people who have used canabis about their mental health, physical health etc not these so called experts that have never even sniffed it. Should be allowed to grow hemp for private use of cbd oils because they are so very expensive . Why . It’s not like growing tobacco .It’s healthy so why can’t I grow it for my 86 year old mother to use with arthritis pains .

If the State relies upon section 16 of the Constitution Act 1975 then where is the authority for the words "in all cases whatsoever" since Federation. The High Court as recent as last year reminded the State of Victoria that the words in section 16 have NO WEIGHT in law. Wake up Aussie tell our elected representatives to amend section 16 of the Constitution Act 1975.
