I know B is right but shouldnt C also be right? its just Dower is for the wife when the husband passes and Curtesy is for the husband if the wife passes? In this question, it didn't specifically state for who...?

On question 6 I believe it is… the property managers commission based on 4000 a month with a commission of 8% can you please explain how you came up with the answer of 480 when that is 12%? I came up with the answer of 320 so I am very confused what I am doing wrong. Thank you.
