Considering the public commentary surrounding BG3, how it upset the industry, made devs rage on twitter, proved so many industry assumptions wrong on what gamers want/need, and so on; it was obvious that BG3 was going to win. BG3 is being talked about as one of the best RPG's of all time, and a game that stands a high likelyhood of changing the face of the industry.
