2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited Review
Переглядів 11 тис.10 років тому
Just a short overview of the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited on my quest to buy a new truck. I have to admit I have never been a Dodge guy but this truck may convert me. Very well finished vehicle with lots of extras at the top end of the truck market I can see why Car and Driver picked this as the truck of the year again.
2014 Chevy High Country Review
Переглядів 3,6 тис.10 років тому
I am in the market for a new truck and have been focusing a lot of effort on test driving, reading reviews, comparing options attempting to deciding what my next ride should be. I use my truck primarily for real estate and spend a lot of time on the road so LOVING whatever I pick is important. The last truck I bought was late 2010 and now I am due. Feel free to watch, please keep in mind I am n...

Переглядів 21211 років тому
Just a short post questioning why the Rate your REALTOR® proposition did not proceed. I am happy to let the cards fall where they may and move forward in a democratic structure but occasionally I struggle understanding. Feel free to comment or give me your thoughts.
The thing about Technology
Переглядів 27511 років тому
Well better to post late than never! It was a long challenging start to 2013 but I have finally downloaded a few of the videos that I created this spring and have some time to post them. I just wanted to discuss submersing ourselves in technology as REALTORS® if we are going to use it in our business. Challenge yourself know more than the minimum about the tools you are going to apply to your s...

Logitech keyboard by Zagg Product Review
Переглядів 29312 років тому
A short product review on the Logitech bluetooth keyboard by Zagg. I have been using this product for about a year now and love it. The primary reason that I feel it is the best keyboard for an iPad is that it allows the iPad to be removed freely. This is a very good product if you are looking to add a physical keyboard to your ipad.

CEP Compression Socks Review & Thanks
Great operating footage. Definitely hits on one of the most important factors of the independent blades mounts - maximum clearance. Thanks!
Those big spring coils on top of the serrated disks put a lot of mass directly on each one instead of depending on the main mass of the implement. Should greatly lengthen the life of the frame.
Howd the dividers worl
How do you empty the grain?
My friend is selling his 2014 limited and I'm highly considering it as he is selling his for 22k with 60k miles.
Hola
Hi Gary I’m looking for something like this for rice paddies? What you think about that?
Depends it the mud has some bottom to it. It does very well in the mud but can get stuck.
I heard they don’t make these anymore? Also can you tell me the width the tires can be set to? I need 73 inches for my crops. And can the application rate be adjusted in the cab? And max psi?
You would need to look at Mako 450. GVM started making the Mako. Reversed engineered Spra Coupe.
Very Informative .. Thank you for Sharing
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
I really enjoy your Videos .. your candor and honesty.
Awesome tractor. Ive always loved John Deere. we are a John Deere family. i Have the 2017 John Deere 1025R FILB package with a 54" auto connect drive over mower deck & also got a set of pallet forks with it. I bout the tractor in late august of last year. had 1/2 hour on it, lol. Sure is a handy lil guy .
I just traded for identical sprayer do you still like it? Mine has heavier booms but other than that same
Honesty after 6 years I do not have one single complaint. I know that everyone is going bigger these days but I have been spraying 3-4 passes a year over our 2500 acre operation and have never felt like I need more capacity. The heavier booms are a great call as the only issue I had was a stress point in the boom that needed to be wielded. You will be very happy!
what year is your F150 Limited? Because I have a 2014 F150 Limited! Navy Blue! well they call that Blue Blue Jeans!!! anyways what year?
So which truck did you go with?
its a great truck i have one
haha case gps is garbage i have both greenstar doesnt let you down
It is so funny how "full-time" Realtors are threatened by and so insecure when it comes to "part-time" Realtors. Yes, you definitely have some lower production real estate professionals but should you really be basing your opinions on production levels? I fall into the "part-time" category because I have a career in another field but I've been a Realtor for 15 years and keep quite busy on referral business alone. I don't go to an office, I don't mail out marketing info but I regularly have to do most of the work in my transactions because the "full-time" agent doesn't know what he/she is doing or they are so slammed that they can't keep track of everything. Better to find a mid-range performing Realtor, they can do everything that your Top Producer can do with much more personal attention to detail.
My dad loves his new Laramie, has all the same features that you listed off on the Limited. He also gets about 2mpg better milage than his old 2012 too with the new 8 speed transmission.
Nice vid & nice system. How much do you have invested in the install?
Will do Alex, thanks for your concern.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts Jeff I agree and know that there are lots of issues to address in the industry however transparency I think would go a long way to improving things. It makes it awfully challenging to have members telling us we need to stay cutting edge and create the best user experience along with driving traffic. However what do I know I'm just a farm kid ;)
Let me know how the cancer feels 20 years from now.
I agree Gary and thanks for all your hard work on the committee. I think the big brokerages got it voted down with the premise that it should be up to each company to decide. Unfortunately, that violates the spirit of MLS ie) co-operation among Realtors. It makes you wonder when a change that basic is struck down - what happens when significant change is required?
PS. Why did you stop posting music videos they are absolutely amazing and everyone seemed to love them?
However I am happy for your success and hope it continues for you. It sounds like you are very busy and I would love to travel a little more with my family. I am forced into once or twice a month business trips across Canada and the US however I find it very disruptive to my family and training routine. Look forward to getting to know you if you are interested. What part of the US do you live?
Thanks Andrew can't wait to see everyone!
I would be happy to be friends on FB so you can get a rounded picture of my life. I don't need to get into a pissing match with someone who doesn't know me. For the record I am currently at 6% body fat and have been top 5 in the last 3 100mile plus road races and won the past 6 years of 24 hour mountain bike races. I race min once a month in ultra distance mountain bike races that I spend nearly 20 hours per week training with one of the top endurance race teams in the country.
Gotta love the random negative Princeton hater that have nothing else to do but surf UA-cam and leave comments. LMAO, Have an amazing day :)
Hey Sebastian, its nothing special just at JD 9200. Seems these days the 4WD spends the most part of the year in quonset. I will be posting some more farming videos soon, just trying to get handle on my schedule ;) Thank you for the comment, have a great week.
I agree
Hey good vídeo what tractor are you running? I would love to see more of the farming side of thing!!
STS é top das top Brasil is like John Deere
Vc é um lixo
Hey Gary, Farmhandstudios here. I'm a student of Mr. Stovkas, and he told me to check you out! Love the videos, and glad to see you like the Spray Coupe! we had an older one for allot of years, just replaced it this year with a Patriot, definitely a great sprayer!
is that tractor a john deere 9200 ?
thats if u dont punch it all the time..but cant help not to punch it with the 6,2 and the sound of the exhaust,
you have a babe there buddy!
you said it!!!! Dealing with boat broker now that is a great example of not getting with the times. Its painful.
Found the same thing. Love that you are able to still control the device. Great when you have to pause rides / runs on Strava. Cheers Gary!
i just love john deere, they make some of the coolest and most amazing things ive ever seen!
@BetoAntrax100 its kilometers dude
How come in the speedometer it say 200mph? :o
I would have love to hear it run because i never saw a combine with a chrome stack looks good.
wow alot a friggin geese!!
Nice job Gary! Shared this with our members.
Love the opening, perhaps I am biased though. Looks great!
you didn't post the link
You might want to install a magnetic drain plug in the engine and transmission. If the metal shavings that I pulled out of my 4130 transmission were made of gold, I could have bought a Kabota.
@NMSchultz1 Haha, green fanboys get so defensive. And your tidbit about the better rotor? Fat chance.. You have cracks all in your grain before you even get it in the truck I bet... Also the bigger cab? CASE IH is the leader in operator environment. Also with JD greenstar or whatever... You have to subscribe to it, im pretty sure RTK and the 1 inch variation is just as good you pompous ass.
Evan Stoffregen John Deere whipped Case in reliability. I've driven both and case has broken so many times. You case people just nitpick cause you can't afford the best so screw off.
Great video Gary! So true, many people have no idea where their food comes from. Happy seeding!!!
