It’s 2023 and this worthless “entertainment system” is still in production. But you can’t simply cast from phone to screen. 2000$ option that is junk. Shouldn’t have to fill my cab with cables to play something. Should be included. If I had known before I would have never purchased the vehicle

Yeah this doesn’t work. I have 2022 and can’t play any apps from iPhone. Poor design. Should be able to easily connect and play any usual streaming services etc. UA-cam doesn’t even work. Now have to buy a DVD player or something to connect. Should’ve been included for the sky-high price.

They have prompt to kill Blu-ray/DVD/VCD/CD player from this new sienna (I don't know about you, but I'm still using discs such as DVD or VCD as an entertainment source, but hey, that can be anticipated by using an portable Blu ray player with HDMI out) Also, there is no AV Composite jack but an HDMI input so you must use AV to HDMI, Lol.

So I’ve got the apple brand hdmi to lightning adaptor and tried to plug it in like you show but it only works if I also plus the adaptor into the electric outlet by the hdmi port in the sienna, is that normal? Would love to use without having to turn that outlet on.

Great video! I watched two other videos from other sites and didn't understand what they were saying. You both got straight to the point, showed the equipment, how it connected, and gave directions for both Apple and Android. Thank you for making this look so much easier than I thought it would be to use the Entertainment feature.
