Poverty is one of the main reasons for conflict. Business investment in developing regions is expected to reduce poverty and therefore also conflict potential. However, reality has shown that this assumption is deeply flawed and that businesses must work to address environmental justice and social governance concerns so as not to become a flashpoint for local and regional conflict themselves. B...

    There’s one in Midland, TX (Laura Nodolf) with her flying monkeys (Assistant DAs - like Lacey Holloman and Jennifer Lively) who have helped her create many wrongful arrests and convictions. She’s done so much harm to so many innocent people. She’s a monster; she’s the one who belongs behind bars.

    I’m dealing with a prosecutor right now who KNOWS police lied on an sworn oath affidavit and a police report to falsely accuse someone of crimes and refuse to drop the charges and are forcing the attorney to go through the litteral motions-this officer and prosecutor should be jailed! They aren’t even concerned about an officer lying would have on the community

    In State VS. Thompson the police of Hawai’i had been revealed to be incorrectly charging defendants without an affidavit of probable cause, so cases were starting to get overturned. So now they passed an unconstitutional bill allowing for the prosecution alone to view the evidence and charge someone on their own affidavit of probable cause, he has been hiding it for 6 months in violation of my speedy trial rights bc they forged it to cover for police brutality that was enacted to cover for ongoing domestic abuse and falsified reports with the chief deputies huge crazy methed out cousin who has legal immunity. I was attacked by the officer who falsified a report where my ex smashed my car and tried to run me over on video and the whole fkn. State is covering for the malicious prosecution in my case. The police comission , even HUD was actually acting as an arm of the prosecutor in violation of my VAWA and Ada rights. Yeah they have been violating alllll my Brady and all the other agencies my FOIA and it’s all deliberate . I can’t call the police and I’m stuck here on bail and I get death threats from my ex bf, and I have a disabled daughter. The system is broken. I’ve field hundreds of motions and notices of civil suits , etc. he’s seen alll the stuff of my case bc I been waving it up all the flagpoles. There are hatch act and Rico act violations in my case. It’s a scary situation of human rights violations I’m in. They do it to cover for corrupt police and kick down vulnerable victims

    So much of what you're saying applies to my situation to a case in still suffering from. I'm wondering if anything can be done about it? After arrested, i awful about how we got arrested. After my prosection and sentence I'm still feeling a sick taste in my mouth. It got to be so bad we ever asked for a change of venue for the 1st judge as he was to heavily invested in our case. He wanted for us to lose for sure. Even the lawyers and the DA knew of that.

    I believe that if they have a review every 6 months where they have to face and be held accountable for misconduct and they didn't know what you have or don't have until their review date. Then have a panel of their peers to hear that explanation of your actions. This will also allow for the prosecutor or the police man to know how it feels to be in front of their peers and not have all the information when they walk in. They will have no time to prepare or repair their statement of truth from their side. And seriously the defense especially the defendant should always be able to read and understand what evidence the prosecutor has on them so that they can make that decision with their attorney when it comes to pleas or not to plea because pleas are just set up to fail. It's so that they can hit you will the longer prison sentence. Because you failed something they know you will already fail before they offer it. And if given a recovery court and they go to get help. If they leave the program and run they get an additional 5 years added to their sentences

    I have a friend who has a very extremely corupt conviction. The deputy chief of police in his city married his ex-wife and has under the color of law has been trying to kill him ever since and the city is so corupt. the police chief at the time he was being violated so awfully got fired because he wanted to expose corruption. and they awarded him $5 million. my friend has suffered multiple attacks on his life because this cop also put a hit out on him. We have letters from prison gang leaders he went to to try to pay for someone to testify to more crimes or to kill him once he got to prison. They almost succeeded July 21 He was attacked by his cellmate and he was beaten with a large concrete brick and knife and was stabed in the ear and brain it went in an inch and a half. He broke bones in his hands and wrist. Buck kept him from seeing his son all his sons life because he was abusing him sexually. This man does not give a flip about the law except to use it to make up for his misgivings in other things. Besides having no crime they had no body and no evidence. They told so many lies they pretended that his wife said bed things when my friend got her out of town to protect her. She probably doesn't even know they said she said that because the first time he was accused you can tell by looking at her she is a lying sack of shit. The DAO and the ADA implicate themselves in conspiracy to wrongly convict my friend along with the defense that was appointed and the Judge kept appointing defense that was sold out to take him down. I have them on audio recording talking about it. How they believe the false testimony the son gave which did not prove to have anything that was true in it at all. Just this is how we fuck the fuckers is what they said after talking derogatory about black people.There were two undercover cops thatwere dating the girl who disappeared I have an audio recording of one of they confessing to her only dating him to get some dirt on him so they can put him away a long time. She is reported to be scared of one of the under cover cops killing her because of the charge on my friend. SHe did everything legally possible to clear his name she was a drug addict that he was trying to save from prostituting herself. The last place she calls 911 from is the dope dealer who never gets busted who stated that she was only dating him to get info. That she stated was trying to kill her also. She was throwed off bad I know he said that about her but I think she really was suffering at the hands of that boy and her baby daddy who is friends with him. I don't know for sure about the first one I told you about being a cop but her baby daddy at least used to be undercover. He is also a very vengeful Murderer so there is a lot he was up against. He is very intelligent and nothing he did to try and find remedy was allowed the thing they all did to him were wrong. Deputy made up the story and everybody's testimony. took tons of DNA and talked about till you ears fell off and not one bit of it was or could of been a match in the first place because they refused to use her rape kit that would prove his innocence. also provide them with DNA they would have to match. You can email me to gmail or yahoo leatherheather77 if you can help

    I've noticed in a Court in Texas and in a federal case that people who are accepting a Plea are told they can't Appeal ! This is in the Plea Agreement. They can appeal "ineffective assistance of Counsel " but the judge asks "are you happy with your defense counsel". I assume that is to prevent a future appeal on IoC. that doesn't sound like justice to me! One aspect is that forensic evidence is questionable, here I'm thinking of the Annie Dookhan case in Massachusetts. Surely new evidence should always open up the possibility of a new trial

    I believe this lady is exactly the type of person the criminal justice system needs to consist of. It seems like it would be easy to let the power go to your head as a prosecutor. But that unfortunate side effect could be reigned in by changing the dynamics of the system. From the layout of the courtroom, to the lighting, to the manner in which everyone addresses and communicates with each other. The balance of Justice, of which the system exists to provide for the people, is the symbolic representation of what matters most. (Equilibrium) Without it, the very systems that underpin our society will crumble. The people need to trust in the character of those officials in that courtroom. Without integrity, trusting that system becomes impossible.

    Also file a affidavit in the court case with your truths. Notarized if possible. Otherwise sworn to. If your guilty of something, own up to it. File birth certificate with the court clerk or get it to the judge and make him the fiduciary. All of them can be sued so don’t believe it when told Judges are sovereign. The people are the sovereigns, not a state corporation.

    Forced litigation. It is never the prosecutor elected, always the assistants handling cases and they are working on a civil judgement. If your found guilty on criminal charge, easier to win on civil charges. Some states let both be decided in one trial. The Supreme Court knows what is going on. It’s always the assistant that does the dirty work in government not government.

    The legal system is broken. The cops are corrupt. None of the officials seem to care. The lawyers don't care because they make more money on an in-efficient and corrupt system. It is no longer "We the People" it we the subjects of a crooked police state. I am a victim of a lying police. The prosecutors kept on adding bogus charges in hopes I would take a plea deal. I didn't take the plea deal. I had video proving my innocence. The charges were dropped at the last minute after wasting my time and money making court appearances that accomplished nothing because NO BODY cared about my evidence. They wanted to persecute me for doing nothing. I will NEVER trust police, persecutors, judges or anybody in government again. They lie and cheat.

    It is my opinion from great experience all US Lawyers are conquered by Freemasons once they join the BAR and they only represent the freemasons outcome to win. If the defendant is not a freemason, their representation is a sham fraud show. Or prove me wrong. Freemasons have taken over our legal and educational systems in America.

    DeSandre V Oscoda county Michigan & Defendants prosecutor/judge Casandra Morse-Bills, assistant/prosecutor Kristi McGregor, Sheriff Kevin Grace, deputy Gary Cole. Federal court for two years withheld most of our accusations, entering false information & pushing us to take a off record settlement. Felt grifted, starting with our first criminal defense lawyer we paid for the first year of abuse. Hired a 2nd attorney to do what the first one should have done. Innocent, factually innocent! Telling us our case will be dismissed on a summary judgment...so preventing our evidence of conspiring, above the law evidence from any record. Pay us to settle on no one being responsible for what they did to us was the only justice offered. Federal Judge dismissed on the summary judgment as threatened. At least we didn't take money for them to say they are not guilty! We wouldn't be able to complain about the corruption if we became part of the problem. We saved our taxpaying community $200.000 in federal court & nobody hears about it?

    • @tina7147
      @tina7147 5 місяців тому

      Seemed shady to offer money at a court ordered off record hearing when the government was the defendants. They were railroading us in every court they put us in & the only justice is to agree they are not responsible? Hmm.. They sure look even more guilty having to use their immunity card. Sheriff had evidence of a survey before we were arrested, in court he denied it, under oath he lied to save his own ass, like any other criminal would do! Most criminals regret it with apologies. Should be illegal to pay or threaten a victim to dismiss their accusations? Truly happened to us!

    Think going up against civilian court where the Mayor of your little town orders his DA to haul you in, gives you no right to counsel, denies you subpoena power, destroys evidence of your innocence, and increases non-violent charges, then orders your punishment BEFORE YOU EVER GET TO TRIAL! Happens in the military (to your loved ones) on an all too frequent basis! HOW DO WE STOP COMMAND INFLUENCE in the military? Abolish the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and stop your children from being abused by an antiquated system that has buffaloed members of Congress for far too long. THERE IS NO CRIMINAL PROBLEM THAT OCCURS WITHIN THE MILITARY THAT CANNOT BE ADJUDICATED BY CIVILIANS.
