Start by emersing yourself completely in the Ghanaian culture, learn their language, their food, their proverbs, make Ghanaian friends, start going to a church in Accra, go to the theatres, the market.. show genuine interest in your husband's culture and love it. I agree with her about the cultural differences. I marry a carribean man and wished I’d married an Asante man. He was great but there was always something missing. We have 3 beautiful children and stayed married for over 20 years but I couldn’t do it anymore.
