Im so glad to see u posting again and u are such an amazing rider I couldn't imagine what I'd be like not riding for a year, I'm not sure this would help but it helped me to make my stirrups longer i find it easier to canter and transition into canter that way not sure if this works for everyone though xx also I love these types of videos please continue to make more(:

I've never gone through this myself, but I will be praying for you and going on a binge watch of all your videos to help. I also just subbed so I help that makes a difference! Hi. No hate whatsoever just trying to educate! Horses actually don't need to have blankets, don't get me wrong some do especially older horses but, if they have a good winter coat they do fine during colder weather! Love your videos btw!

Sophia u really deserve better . One of my biggest fears is being abused and I can’t think abt anything else than there’s so many people out there being abused both physically and mentally. Im so sorry for what you’ve gone through. I understand what its like bcause I was abused at 4. Because of that my sister and I were placed in the guardianship of other family members who were a super strict religious home. Ever since then its been more mental abuse, gaslighting, and narcissistic behavior. I'm an adult but i feel stuck because my sister was able to leave.

girl, i feel you. you’re not alone, and no one deserves what you’ve had to go through. i remember being genuinely terrified to go home, almost considering walking home from school instead of riding the bus (my house was an hour and 30 minute walk from school). i’m so sorry for you having to deal with this (my brain is not working today my english is kinda off 😭) and please know that it does eventually get better ❤️

i just want you to know you’re not alone. i also want you to know that you have inspired me to be more open about my own issues with my narcissistic & abusive mother, because someone out there will relate. i remember being in elementary and thinking it was normal to dread going home because you’re scared of your mother. i never understood that people COULD have good relationships with their mothers. it wasn’t even a realistic thought to me that an adult woman could love me. no child should ever think like that. i had my final straw with my mom recently at 21 years old. you will find your voice, and i promise you will feel amazing when you do. nobody deserves this and i am so sorry that you know what this feels like. if you ever need someone to talk to about this i’m a message away. i promise it does get better.
