Could be right. But I don’t know. I think Pidgeot is majorly underrated here. 80 damage for 3 energy isn’t a lot. But if your opponent wants to go without a bench and lose the second their frontline goes down…that’s still a win for the Pidgeot player. To say nothing about forcing cards back onto their bench with the flute. Really what are main decks going to do? Is Mewtwo going to refuse to drop Ralts and get set up because Pidgeot was on the opponent’s deck list? Pikachu Ex refusing to set up a bench?

hey "iLoveQueijo" here, amazing vid! About the 8 basics, I lost one finals and one semis due to not being able to fill out the bench, so I just slot in one more basic. I do think 7 basics is mathmatically correct, even in a big tourney like this with aprox. 30 matches, one of them the less one basic will affect you. But ofc, if you cant fill your bench you just lose, no outplaying your way out of it. Less one heal (and better chances to draw pika t1) will affect way more than 1/30 matches, but not having it wont make me instantly lose the game. Kinda high floor x high ceiling trade off here.

I have a question about the PokePass: When you buy it, do you get premium currency to buy the Pass again? I ask because the other mobile card game I play, Teppen, has a pass that gives you enough premium currency to buy it again when a new set releases and the pass expires.

Arbok and Pidgeot is a nice idea for board control, but having 3 evo lines on same deck could make him slow, maybe remove Koffing line, once you dont play Kogo and costs retrat is huge (3 energi) could make him faster and Sabrina could help early when Pidgeot doesn't come. Or some variation instead Pidgey Line, 2 Sabrinas and 2 Kogos and 2 Giovani for still play Koffing line instead, like this: Arbok Line|Kofing Line 2 Prof.|2 Sabrina|2 Giovani|2 Kogo 2 Potion|2 Pokeball

Hat's deck, you lead with execute, it's also acts like a tank, if you are lucky and hit a couple of heads, victreebel can finish it off, also victreebel is very good in catching people offguard especially on ladder, if you got 2 points already then your opponent has a 60 hp basic that it pull it out for the win, seems to be good counter pick for Pikachu Ex decks as well.

giovanni in mewtwo is most crucial for dragonite... u need to otk it to win...

best tournament structure is Swiss rounds followed by an asymmetric cut depending on 8th players standing. So for example in this tournament if 8th is x-2 every x-2 player below should also cut. If 8th is x-2 and there are no x-2's below than just play top8. just like in official pokémon tournaments

Some interesting decks this go around. I hope to see more experimenting w/ what we are given right now.

Mewtwo winning is definitely surprising to me, i dont know of a super good tournament format that could be done for a tournament in this game (being so coin flippy and alot of games decided by who goes second)

Hey pack! I just made a Kabutops stall deck on exburst and I'd love to see you try it. I'm not sure how good it is, but i think it has some potential. Only thing I would add is it might be best to swap sabrina for red card. But still testing
