Fighting the Stigma is a documentary about the stigma that surrounds mental health issues amongst men in the UK. Alisha contacted me a few months ago and asked if i would like to take part in her final project in her Media Production Degree. It was an honour and a privilege to take part in this documentary. Every two hours in the UK alone a man makes the ultimate decision to end his own life. I was honoured and privileged to be asked to appear on a short documentary film called 'Fighting the Stigma'.
