Something is very wrong at United. They have a real talent at turning top class talent into nothing. Even recently, look at Sancho - went to United, fell out with the manager and played terribly, soon as he’s moved back to Dortmund he looks amazing again. The logic behind making Hardik Pandya the Captain is flawed, dealing with pressure is part of being a captain and a player. Rohit has done that flawlessly in his time with the Mumbai Indians. This comes from someone who has great admiration for both Dhoni & Kohli. Dhoni brought in tactical calmness while Kohli brought dominance, Rohit has a bit of both. On the other hand, Hardik has always tried too hard and has never been a Team Man, that is evident from how he has presented himself on the field. Mumbai Indians wouldn’t have had much of a legacy to boast about, had it not been for Rohit, the least you could’ve done is given him the respect he deserves in probably his final year of playing professional cricket.
