I’m in LOVE with your brown haired boy doll and the Gorgeous HazeL! They are darling ! What sculpt is this darling “brown haired big boy in the stroller’s” sculpt name ? He is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! Of course I’m with you, no way I’m paying $5000. for a closed eye silicone doll with no armitures ! (Or even an open eyed, “drink and wet system” WITH armitures… lol!) The prices are absolutely way out of control these days. I doubt 😢 those prices will hold …. As soon as necessities, bills, and everything else goes up. Anyway, glad I came across your video. I would consider these two silicone sculpts as the cutest of all! :-D

Hey! Glad you’re finally moved in, one less thing to worry about ❤️ So many horrible experiences with these artists, it’s ridiculous but they take our money in a quick and hurry. Then these are the same people complaining and upset because they don’t have any business, well I wonder why! Unprofessional, rude, entitled and have no entrepreneur skills at all. Have every excuse in the book as to why they can’t get their job done in a timely manner. Take care and have a great rest of your day! 🤗

We need insurance for our babies.

Glad your move is over and out of the way. My husband and I are in our 70s and have lived in our house for over 50 years. A move is probably inevitable sooner than later, but I dread having to get this place cleared out and ready to sell. I think some artists suffer from Entitlement Syndrome and feel as if they’re doing customers a favor instead of realizing people are hiring them to do a job in a timely and courteous manner. Harvest is so cute!

Hey, Hazel is gorgeous 😍 I love how you put her hair in the pigtails! I’m shocked no one snatched her up, her price was really good. Oh definitely, way too many artists that over promise and never answer you once they have your money then have an attitude when you are blowing their phone up after waiting 6 months when it was only supposed to be 3. Some people weren’t meant to be business owners, they have no customer service skills. It’s ridiculous how someone can scam so many people and yet they get the longer end of the stick and have people stand up for them. Unfortunately I can’t pay in full anymore for a lot of these babies, they costs way too much and most times not worth it 😅 I understand why some wouldn’t allow it but everyone is different so don’t base one bad experience on everyone. Hey! I’m so late but trying to catch up on videos today 😅 Time is going by really fast, I’ve been busy too so I understand. I have 2 videos I’ve recorded but haven’t edited, I’ll have to do that today and get one uploaded for tomorrow 😆 I also felt like I have too many clothes so what I did was put the items I no longer want to a different side of the closet and I’m now using that as clothing to send with babies I sell. I’m the same way, I’m like ehh I don’t really care for the Reborns anymore but can only let go of a select few. Being tired and not having time does play apart, it’s been work, home and sleep for me for these last few months. Yes I know, feeling guilty when you sell a doll that’s why I haven’t sold my new one yet even though I’m considering it but he’s so beautiful and painted and rooted perfectly there’s just sadly no bond. However I’d definitely get another baby by her as I do love her work 😄 We miss you and your videos and will be here when you have more time ❤️ Take care and have a great rest of your day! 🥰

I completely agree with you. I’ve heard so many stories lately about this. What is going on with some of these artists lately? There are just so many in the bunch… there are so many artists now that you have to go by word of mouth and hope the standard with that Artist is consistent. I have only had 1 custom done recently and I paid in two drops within two weeks. The day I dropped my first payment with the deposit in it, we started talking about what I wanted in the baby! Then she was finished within two weeks and I dropped my final payment… I had my baby that next week! It was so quick. I do consider myself the lucky few. Within the two weeks of her making my baby she communicated almost every other day, sending videos and photos! It was amazing! I hate that people have to go through poor experiences with their custom babies. Your babies are so cute! You beautifully have dressed them. I’m so glad I could hear you talk about the reality of the doll hobby… I’ve been doing this on my channel… been doing a series about it, but I really appreciate you being transparent and up front about it because it is unfortunately the dark side of this beautiful hobby…. Such a beautiful hobby, but with so many dark dynamics to it. Thank you so much for sharing the reality of this part if the hobby. 🙏🥰

Sounds like some of those artists just feel entitled because of who they are. Big names sometimes mean big egos. The girls look adorable! I’m glad they haven’t sold yet. (Yes, take them down!)

If it were me, I think I’d get moved and settled first, then see where I stood with the dolls. You’ve got a lot going on right now. No wonder you’re tired and feel like you can’t keep up with them all. As for artists guilt tripping buyers for selling their dolls on, phooey on them. People are entitled to do whatever they want with stuff they own. Take care of yourself!

Hi, the boys are adorable 💙 Wow I already wanted to learn how to crochet and knit but seeing all of your cool hooks makes me want to learn even more haha, I really like the Toy Story one. Thats how I’ve been feeling lately as well, just wanting to sell for cheap to get them out but seem as if that’s not working either. I used to buy dolls I only liked or bought cus the price was good and realizing I didn’t even really want that doll, usually went up for sale no later than 6 months after purchasing 😅 Now I’m sure to buy what I love and could see in my collection for awhile and yes things happen and even if I really do want to keep the doll I have to sell but as long as I bought for myself it’s okay 😄 These dolls are too expensive to buy because everyone likes that certain kit or artist, then when you try to sell no one buys or you have to sell for dirt cheap. Hey girl! You are so right on my channel I have a lot of box openings and a lot of hauls at the time of purchase I feel like I really want it. And I feel like it’s not always other people but it’s like an addiction. But then all of a sudden I get these babies and the excitement is over. There are a few keepers in my collection that I will never get rid of. But then there are others that I look at and I think to myself I could sell this one and I could sell this one and I can sell this one and I can sell this one because I don’t really touch that. There’s one specific that I don’t even care for that much and It’s painted very well but I don’t like the features. I thought I would like him. And so many people would like to adopt him from me. But I don’t wanna give him up because everybody wants him. I don’t even do videos with him in them anymore. But I used to. And a lot of my Dolly friends that I actually talk to would love to adopt him. But I still won’t let go. So, I think you’re onto something here, and I think it never gets put the way that you say it. I know what you’re trying to say. Give yourself more credit for it! You have a major point. I even do the same thing with doll clothes, not just the dolls. Anyway, you have a lovely day. I didn’t know crochet hooks could be so fancy! Interesting topic. I’ve never been one to chase after the next best thing, but I’ve noticed lots of collectors seem to jump on the bandwagon of whatever sculpt has just come out. Lately, it seems like it’s been the Pickle kit. The babies look adorable!
