Great tips ,thanks a lot, just one question...how long are those pipes on the side, that are used to carry the boat?

To protect the boat bottom I used duct tape over the rounded nuts used to secure the seat mount. Works great.

For the seat mount, is there anything on the underside on the floor that protects the boat bottom from the bolt heads?

Pvc trailer is a good idea..👍 I just received my Seahawk 3 yesterday and I need to put a floor. I found in my garage a 3/4 piece of OSB 7 by 2 foot and thought it would be to narrow, you mentioned yours was 23 inches wide.
