Hi. No it is faster to get. It takes about 6 - 10 months of the processing time.
@@HeythereItsAmerica i've seen that through EB 5 visa we get our 2 year conditional visa after about 2-3 years after applying
So as I mentioned in the video. You need to start the process by starting your business in USA and employing American people. There are a list of activities you have to complete before you are eligible for an application to EB5. Once you have met all the requirements you can apply for EB5 and it will take 6+ months to get approved. Thanks.

What about students who have average marks in 12 and want to do their bachelor's from UK or US , And what about students whose percentage are more then 70 but they are not that strong financially .
For every kind of grades, there are universities which will accept you. If your grades are a bit lower than aim for a good IELTS score and/or apply for Scholarships in universities.
