Just put it on easy mode about 1-3 try’s kill Vegeta with ultimate recommend using either super spirit bomb or death beam super spirit bomb is the one that helped me get it and I used the “Shenron really went an extra mile..” which boost your chances to get it but its dlc tho sorry if you guys can’t get it

If you want it a bit easier, set it to easy mode. It wont affect the skill drop rate at all.
