having the right electronic and temp "in the melt" readings is critical in TS extrusions. this is somewhat difficult as for the clearances. Multiple "in the melt" indicators will help performing consistently and for troubleshooting material balances. Specific Energy readings are the most critical but temp control is a very close second!! Thanks good tip.
