Kim is doing a great job; we're grateful to have her!
❤❤❤❤❤omgoodness this is absolutely amazing!!!!
This is absolutely beautiful and amazing. We need more like this for families, single parents and adults. Please Thurston County let’s do more like this!!!
Beautiful story. Thank you! Looking forward to your visit to Maine, Nicole!
This lady is incompetent and unfit to run the homeless project. She litterly had been ignoring Ada laws and has tried to coerce and intimidate individuals.
I always appreciate the way Erin Jones explains such nuanced topics. One that I also want to echo is her discussion of Critical Race Theory (CRT) not being taught in schools. Prior to 2020, I was teaching Culturally Responsive Teaching (aka, CRT) to future educators in university classes. After that year, I began each term with a disclaimer that most schools are *not* teaching Critical Race Theory, and we would call our work CRP (Practices) to minimize the comparison. The misrepresentation of DEI work in these ways is incredibly harmful and we must do better. Thank you both for sharing this conversation.
No one forced the fentanyl into his system... that was the cause of death... my cousin just died from the same thing.... no golden casket, no riots, hardly even an investigation on where it came from.... Your priorities are out of order Greg, and they always seem to have been that way. You should be rioting over the constant flow of poison coming into all of our communities...
Exceptional event
Beautiful sharing.
I really like the way you care and I miss alot of them
5:00pm
We'll be there, the folks from United Churches of Olympia!
Yeay Raven, Wendy and Meg! Interfaith is such an incredible pillar of our community. They do the work that our city neglects, taking care of the vulnerable houseless populations with respect and care. I appreciate all three of you, thank you for doing this work!
You gave me a place to stay when i had nowhere to go, you accepted me with compassion and understanding without judgement, you fed me when i had no food to eat, you gave me water when i was thirsty, you clothed me when i had nothing to wear, you cleaned up after me when i made a mess, you supported me with services to accomplish my goals and needs, you provided me showers when i needed to be cleansed, you spoke to me when i needed structure, you listened when i needed to be heard, i cannot tell or thank YOU enough how much I appreciate YOU!
This is my home! I want to thank the staff at Interfaith for their help. They are so companionate and caring.
this is really nice, thank you
Absolutely beautiful place with a really beautiful speech and I don't doubt that beautiful things will transpire there. Great work.
Great interview!
Very good - I just discovered the UA-cam podcast from IF Olympia.
I used to follow Jamie in tumblr days! Glad to know she’s still out there doing great things. The food she used to post always looked REALLY good and I was drooling. I lowkey wanna travel from the east coast just for that cajun sandwich lol
How sweet it is Yassss
Thank u Interfaith
HOW ABOUT SOME VOLUME?
Sorry..can't hear the audio..
Thank you Interfaith for capturing our voices.
This was probably the best forum I've attended for candidates to share their views on the issues and I appreciate all the candidates who participated
I dont know why Lisa Parshley is even here shes not a part of the community. She uses her fake empty house as her address to pretend she lives here so she can be on council, meanwhile its really just a empty house used periodically as a campaign office for her and her rich friends. People are literally dying in the streets while this rich bitch hides in her nice house in Boston harbor OUTSIDE of the community. If she really thinks housing is a right she could literally use her empty house towards that goal. But unsurprisingly her goal is just as fake as her "house".
❤
The sunflower shot made me really happy. So glad the Applehill neighborhood was able to offer a welcoming gift. The project went extremely well, we have no complaints.
Thank you, Beth, for your gentle and insightful comments. Individual acts of loving service like yours is how, I believe, we will find God's kingdom on Earth.
"Every one of us is a Good Cause." Well-said, and so true. Thanks to donors, thanks to the heroic shelter staff, and thanks to the shelter guests who generously shared their thoughts with us.
What a lovely, gentle, testimonial to the work of the Interfaith Works Navigation Team. Thank you, gentlemen!
We agree!
Love this!
Thanks Meg and Corey! I am excited about the new facility coming on Martin Way! I will stay tuned!
Can't wait!
