Just yesterday, I called admissions office at University of Cardiff the lady said that at the moment they aren’t accepting applications for September intake because they’re still waiting on their funding to be approved. The lady said I should check back in the beginning of February. She confirmed that they will only cover £9k and you have to cover the remaining. She added that countries that are on the red list/amber list simply means that you cannot apply from those countries if you’re using an education agency.

Free study in Finland but not for finnish people free. All is very expensive here. You must have lots of money. If you can't speak finnish is hard to find any job. Weather is cold, possible -35°c in the winter. Finns are not very social.
