I guess it depends on the sales associate how many gifts and free samples we get. It's all about how they promote their business. Stingy sales associates might drive customers away... 🤣.

I use Dior and Guerlain separately, alternating between them. It's fine to use cleansers from both brands, I think 😊

The SA will contact you when they have a facial event. The booking fee was $120, which could be redeemed for skincare products. I'm not sure what the fee is now, as I didn't have to pay it upfront since I'm an existing customer. You can let your SA know you're interested in a facial, and they'll inform you when one is available.

You need to purchase two skincare items, or you'll lose your booking fee. 😊
