So I ran a tattoo shop in Bradenton Florida and was at rockefeller's the night this band came in rock the house I gave away several tattoo and piercing gift certificates which enabled me to hang out with the band at the VIP section until 3:00 in the morning when the Building closed I was nice enough to offer stereo Mudd to come to the tattoo shop called Lion's Den where we stayed doing unmentionables and tattooing until 3:00 in the afternoon the following day great bunch of guys
I'm 27, and I remember getting Stereomud's Perfect Self album when i was 4 or 5, and if you guys haven't listen to it from start to finish i recommend it. I miss this style of music, i miss this band, and I'm grateful i had parents that loved music like this. I would love to see this style of music return, even the style clothes they're rocking man, i miss that. And I feel like an oddball no matter where I go because I miss this stuff.
They opened up for adema and disturbed back in 2001. They only played like a 5 song set and I didn’t know who they were. I looked at my buddy and we both were like what the fuck did we just witness?? We didn’t even listen to Adema who was very popular at the time cause we went to talk to these guys at the mercy table. Told them, man that was fucking incredible! They were very humble and signed some stuff we bought. I still have the cd I got that day packed up.
2024: Where the hell have I been all my life? The 2000's era rock needs a comeback. And the direction that Halo's music should have went. Same with Guardians of the Galaxy even though I like both their soundtracks lol. 🤣
I always loved this song so much one of my all time fav songs I remember as a teen I had this big flip mirror and wrote all the lyrics to this inside , I still have it too 🖤
honestly i haven't listened to this since i was like 15, which would be around the time it came out. i've listened to a couple tracks off the album now, this is extremely cringe to me now for the most part but the dude's dirty vocals are actually pretty spectacular on some of the tracks. you can really see how the influence of crossover genres involving 90's hardcore, nu-metal and radio rock were converging to create some pretty ahead of their time sounds.
THE Marc Rizzo and no one else caught it? Thanks for those first 2 Ill Niño records dude. I still listen to them to this day. God is I is such a cool track. Jersey represent!
Since the song is called PAIN, it would be good for 1 of those HELLRAISER movie (since the Cenobites actually like feeling pain). Maybe it would be good for a HELLOWEEN/ Michael VS Pinhead movie since Michael Angel Myers has had his fair share of Pain throughout all of those Halloween movies (and the amount he'd get from the Cenobites in a movie like that).
Hi Everybody, I'm a 55 yr old Black Man that LOVES metal. But I just heard of these guys about 2 weeks ago! They are/ were FANTASTIC! at 1st listen I thought it might be new 7dust,or no point, or Killswitch engage, but obviously I was wrong and these guys rock! Obviously the Vocals are in another Level but d bass 😱 omg , guitar and drums r excellent as well. BRAVO!!!!!
These guys were literally the most underrated band of there time. This whole cd was cardinal and my theme music. There musicbhelped me through some hard times. I hope they all doing well . Kudos stereomud and CL. Krh
MTV X. If ya know ya know

I still love this song
I can't remember which game I heard this song on initially, I think it was a wrestling game tho...so epic.

Yo why does this Song remind me of The Dragon Ball Z Movies?
It's crazy the Singer Erik Rogers lives here where I live . And works at the casino. So much talent

Nice recommendation
the loudest band in the land
My first concert was these guys and disturbed. I slipped on a stereomud drumstick after everyone left. My first of many souvenirs from concerts 😊
I most likely went to the same tour. It was awesome! I think Disturbed was touring for Believe album.
These guys were awesome!

twenty plus years and this is still a banger.
What a horrorshow song...
Right time, wrong label. 🤘
hes staring into my soul
It's not your soul anymore, it's his
This vid is kinda expensive to make looking at the high quality.

Whenever I need to take a nostalgic trip back to highschool
Thank you ❤
Esta canción sería perfecta para un videojuego de carreras que yo quisiera diseñar.
Still loving both of their albums in 2023, and thanks for them! Wish we had more, but appreciate all we got
One of my favorite songs from the nu metal era. Never saw the video for it until right now. Always loved the Sevendust-esque harmonies in the chorus.
I think Lajon is singing the backup vocals on the chorus.
Really???
Никита дымников
Stereolud pain
Sounds like a mix between Sevendust and 12 Stones
Am I the only one that remembers getting huge air in Shaun White's snowboarding to this song?
I saw these guys with Systematic and Flaw, fucking mind blowing night. Wish all these bands would come back.
This should've been used in the ending credits of The Last Castle.
Saw them in a small club. Got both their CDs.
Jamming day it released n still great 🎶
Saw and met these guys in Birmingham, Alabama. Fucking Awesome concert
I come back at least twice a week! (It's on my workout playlist)

Got to meet and hang out with these guys, they were the BEST! Gave me chocolate chip cookies and all. 💗💗 them!!
Seen these guys live a few times! More proof that rock isn't dead and will never die!! 🤘🤘
0:31 love that guitar
Why the fck doesn't my volume go any louder? It's not suitable.

Corey Lowery on bass is the older brother of Clint Lowery of Sevendust.
@@MojoMyDog666 Wasn't one of them involved with Dark New Day or Ether Seeds or some nu metal band like that?
Why do black guys always feel the need to say that they're black in comments?
@@James-if3kc Corey and Clint Lowery formed Dark New Day.
Ahh ha, a Sevendust connection! Kool!
I sure wish I could have seen them in concert back in the day.
2022 active
Terrible song but it’s more charming than anything BVB puts out.

Same here. This song and album was on heavy rotation and it helped me keep my head right.
I know where you can find the lead singer now, he streams
Uuuuuhuuuullllll 🔥
