The biggest problem we have is complacency on the part of Matabele people. It is of my view that the generality of us simply do not care and are focused on our own personal issues. Yes, we are sadly that individualistic. A lot of them are married to matshona people and dismiss this kind of talk as tribalist just like the amatshona. Very few people are interested in this and view matshonaland people like Tshamisa as their saviour. Truly sad but that's our reality.
@@sithabelamandlawenkosiwodu6298 Sad reality.
I want to see matebeland prosper someday
The reality is that Shona people won’t just allow Ndebele sovereignty and due to the massacres of the past it entrenched in the Ndebele Mind what happens when they seek sovereignty im a young Ndebele born in South Africa just like many i like learning about the history of my people even though the resources are limited. My grand vision would be a unification of uzulu and Ndebele if you want any fighting chance of sovereignty in the kingdom of Mthwakazi i think we’d need help from our brothers In order to revive culture in our land

Greetings Dr Ndlovu, My son is currently serving a 15 year sentence for breaking and entering and aggravated assault. At the time they NPO offered a plea bargain the offer was a written confession to the above allegations with a 15 year sentence of with 2 years that will be suspended. If he did not agree the NPO informed him that, as one of the victims died after the alleged attack, murder will be added to his docket and he may then face a possible 25 year sentence. He is guilty of the breaking and entering. He is guilty of the assault. He was not in the room when the victim that died was assaulted. There was a first accused in the trail. But, everyone who heard about the sentencing is surprised by its length. Do we have a way to protest the NPO offer after the sentence is applied? We were not in the country at the time of sentencing.
indeed
Thank u very much 👌👏👏👏
Thank you Doctor,I'm an LLB Level 1 student. This has greatly helped me.🎉😊
I am glad that it has helped you.
May you please explain the theories of contractual liability in contract law
Where does law comes from
Law comes from many sources. South Africa's laws include the Constitution of South Africa, 1996; Roman - Dutch principles introduced by the colonialists at the Cape of Good Hope; the laws passed by the Parliament at Cape Town; the Customs of the various South African communities such as the Zulu, Xhosa or Sotho people; the decisions of the courts as they interpret the constitution and legislation; international conventions and customary law; foreign law, among others.
It boosted my confidence.
Thank you Dr Ndlovu, your explanation of these concepts is very clear
Its my pleasure. Thanks.

I have a case of corruption. I was arrested with entrapment 252A, where I was arrested b4 the authority granted. Then while in trial authority of entrapment was accepted provincially awaiting an advocate to come and confirm the authority of entrapment. Then the prosecutor closed the case without calling that advocate. Wat happens to that piece of evidence.

I really never understood the notion of Mthwakazi until I watched this video. This contains details that I feel should be taught the inhibitants of Mthwakazi. They need to understand the genesis and trajectory of the concept.
Thank you.
