Is it too late for Africa to optimally use their oil and gas resources ? The world seems to be moving away from it and with the whole carbon tax it may become expensive to extract and sell

GOOD TO SEE DEVELOPMENTS IN THE REGION BUT GOVERNMENT HAS TO EXPAND ROADS SINCE THE REGION IS NOT YET POPULATED TO AVOID WASTING RESOURCES PAYING OFF PEOPLE AGAIN TO EXPAND.
