It works fine for me. I have had no issues with pressure self-dumping. My temperature gauge is set between 220-240 degrees. The digital meter is also set to 225. Once it reaches that temp, it will self-dump. If it gets to that temp, you will lose pressure for a short period, and it will kick right back up. Once you learn the best tricks and settings, it's a solid unit, whichever you choose.

I have not tested that yet since I ride solo on all jobs. But I am sure it would be pretty steady with the amount of heat and pressure. As for the vacuum, I wouldn't say long setups over 400’ would be sufficient. I have not tried to know for sure.

@@LightningCarpetCareLLCApopka So you sprayed OS-1 oxidizer on the walls and baseboards? What equipment did you use and what personal protection is needed? How did you get the OS-1?

@@davidblattenberger6546 it can be purchased at any distributor that sells CTI’s Pro Choice Products. The product was slightly applied to the wall and wiped down. It was a rental home and the owners were not going to replace the baseboards. We did what we could to help their investment. Chemical resistant gloves were used. If you’re an expert in cleaning than it may be easy to treat. If you have little to no experience, I would recommend getting a professional who has great experience doing these types of jobs.

Eric Oppegaard, yes, it's why I love doing what I do. Having the options to Hot Water or Low Moisture clean are great tools to have in the bag. On heavily soiled carpets, I can go through a lot of the pads.
