Even with getting the money she still came off like a loser! Plus the voice and how the story was read made the wife sound like she is a slow minded person 😒👎🏽

My wife got a diagnosis of cervical cancer and had to immediately start chemo and radiation therapy. She became I'll due to side effects of all the medications, and she couldn't work. Our whole world changed and was never the same. I had full financial responsibility now. And the laundry and the cat box and so many other things. But I insisted on taking her to all appointments and chemo. Her friends stepped up and offered to drive her to these appointments, but I said no. I said we had promised each other to be there, for richer or poorer, better or worse, and in sickness and in health. I said we both said the words and took those vows seriously. My two kids were devastated, but we loved her and tried to cope. But everything that could go wrong did. We are both RNs, so we knew the truth even when the oncologist kept talking about hope. The chemo was not approved by our insurance company. The cancer was " extremely aggressive," and literally nothing was working or going well. Surgery only confirmed what we suspected, the cancer tumor was extensive due to her doctors ignoring her complaints of abdominal pain for over a year. The cancer had also spread into her liver, kidneys, and other body parts. Then, a huge blood clott developed as a side effect of the chemotherapy, and she now had to take blood thinning medication. Her pain and moaning was so loud at night that I had to sleep in another room, which broke my heart. The pressure grew, and I became depressed and quiet. I also began drinking a lot and way too often. I got stopped by the police and lost my drivers license and my pilot's license too. Then she suddenly had a large stroke. Seems part of that large clott broke off and went straight to the brain, and she couldn't move her entire left side. An ambulance ride to the stroke center got her admitted to a neuro ICU but she passed away within 20 hours. The kids were devastated, and both began to hate and blame me. That was 7 years ago this week and November of last year, I got my diagnosis of leukemia, a cancer of the blood. My kids don't even speak to me anymore. My sister and brother heard the news about my cancer, and almost immediately, I am getting inquiries from family members, asking to borrow money. I guess the best place to borrow money from is a dying man. The only thing that keeps me going every day is my belief in God. I never knew what money grabbing leaches my relatives were. Like you, my eyes were opened to the real faces of people I thought I knew and loved. Now all I think about is getting a puppy because animals love unconditionally. Just feed them and love them, and they will remain loyal.

This story is stupid, she goes see her mum and just has to wait until the mom ask her what is wrong? Who would do that, this is the most submissive stupid woman i ever heard of. this story has me confused first your sister's name was Aisha or something like that then he married your sister the day after he left you yet you didn't file for divorce until after the mother died and left you $750,000 are we both on the same story or is this something that's got mixed up in the teller!!!!

best day of my life was getting married, 2nd best day when she filed for divorce the second time after 22 yrs of marriage. loved her more than anyone else and was not happy as she was always mad etc.. about me for something. i kept my vows stayed the course and asked God what to do...he told me what she was going to do...sad but im happier shes gone...no reason two people have to be miserable. my kids lost the most but nothing i could have done except do everything she wanted so she would be happy...but thats not what God told me to do. life can be complicated but with God all things are possible. glad this man lived to enjoy Gods creation and sometime surrounding one with quality people really makes a difference.

You know, if you stop and take a step back, and set aside the emotional reaction to "spouse left me because I got cancer," you'll realize that this story is totally cheesy and unbelievable.

I was diagnosed with cancer just before finding out my wife was cheating on me. I had already known she was cheating on me but I still needed proof. When I finally had proof I was wrongfully convicted of hurting her. Of course this was just the State desperate for money and I was found guilty. While waiting for a verdict I had pretty much given up on life. I had no desire to fight or to live. I don't know if it was boredom or what but I found myself exercising, walking and changing my eating habits. To make a super long (but fascinating testimony) story short, I went through surgery reluctantly. Because I was on a new diet the cancer hasn't been back. I was diabetes free along with other issues that came from inflammation. I lost everything but am slowly rebuilding my life. It's not easy forgetting 16yrs of marriage but only God can free me of those memories. I will throw this in: During the divorce my ex told the lawyers that I had fabricated the cancer story even though she had gone to a couple of Dr appointments with me. I received a strange email one day that she was now going to a Dr to be treated for thyroid cancer. Only God knows why things go the way they go. My story and testimony will only continue for now.
