Overloaded boat.
In the fourth video it looks like we didn't all fit in the Speed Boat, in fact, the person who is standing is myself, and if I was standing, it was not because I wanted to stand, but because there was no place for sit on the whole ship. Are you sure that there was not an excess of people loaded in the Speed Boat that you can legally carry?

1. You have signed a waiver at the beginning of the tour
2. The company was able to provide an alternative vessel (speedboat) to continue with the tour
3. You have been provided with all other inclusions of the tour - especially the food, access to our private beach, round trip hotel transfers.
4. Part of the coast of your payment was remitted to the government for Environment Tax and National Park enterance fees
5. As per our in depth investigation the incident was an accident and there was no negligence on the part of the crew. The vessel was also seaworthy as cleared by the Philippine coast guard a few hours before departure.
We deeply regret that you were not able to enjoy your tour as expected. We hope you also understand our explaination.

(5/3/20 19:45:57) Carlos: In this first video you can see, at the beginning, the red cushions on which my wife and my daughter were resting, and the mast dropped just above, in fact, my daughter is heard saying in Spanish: "estábamos debajo" (in english "we were under") and in the end , you can see the island that the ship was approaching, with no one at the helm, throughout the entire time the crew was trying to throw the mast and the boom into the water.

(5/3/20 19:52:08) Carlos: In this second video we see how a passenger has to get to help the crew to pull the mast down, something that we decided not to do because we did not know the risks that such an operation could imply, such as being dragged with the boom and the mast or any of the ropes that held them to the sea. Each time closer to the island and nobody at the helm, and we were afraid if the ship ended up crashing into the island.

You can also see how the two-year-old boy had to do the boat transfer, and it does not appear in the video but the transfer also had to be done by elderly people, and a lady who had been dizzy all morning sea movement
