    Tried baking this morning. 1st attempt I over proof it. It got so sticky, couldn’t manage it and I threw away.. 2nd one was successful, good texture but didn’t have the ear.

    There not the same one is 50% whole grain which doesn’t raise as high and not as light a crumb. Still I’m impressed with the 2 week starter.
