After reaching the certain weight you desire.....its not gonna stop there... your body will still be continuing to loose weight and after certain years you may even die....human body is having an anatomy for a reason one should not disturb it....untill and unless its necessary and for weight loss there are certain other alternatives 🙄🙄 worlds going crazy

Many people like me just don’t need that much sleep. But many who think they’re getting enough sleep actually aren’t. I get up frequently to urinate. So more than likely I’m probably not getting enough sleep even though I may not feel tired during the day. In short if you feel you’re not sleeping adequately see a doctor.
