Thank you for your review, very good comparison, both binders are beautiful. My Classic binder was made before swappable rings became available; rivets not screws. The Classic having 2” rings makes it too bulky as a EDC. The Compact having 1.25” rings is much more manageable, and they are replaceable. When items fell out of my open binder I then purchased zippered models; both zippered and open have advantages. Suggestion: Mount your iPhone on a ten dollar or less table top tripod. From what you are explaining camera movement becomes very distracting. Also, camera on a tripod will provide you the ability to use both hands. By the way, those are not brads, they are rivets.

Do you mind me asking where did you found that color of the new one? On the franklin site they only have red & teal....😞thanks in advance!

Yvonne thank you for your review. It just made me want to get the classic Aurora binder even more. Nothing on Franklin Covey's website is as nice as either of these two that you reviewed, however they don't even sell this one anymore. I was heart broken. I was trying to get who you said you got your older binder from. Do you have any suggestions of where I could pick up a classic model online? Thank you again for your wonderful review!!
