Personally I think a more somber and grim song would have been better for the Death Korps. They're indoctrinated into the Death Cult at birth (usually from artificial vita-wombs), work in the Krieg factories until they reach military age, their training involves high mortality rates, they're sent to the most brutal and deadliest battlefields across the Imperium, and most importantly, they live with the shame of their forefathers' treacherous sins against the Imperium and strive to Atone with their lives for it forevermore. The Death Korps of Krieg are my favorite army in 40k, so if you do decide to make a new song for Krieg, I hope you'll check out Arch's Krieg video for inspiration. He perfectly describes their history, formations, and beliefs better than I can in this comment.

I love Ogryns so much.

Ogryns, right up there with Death Korps guardsmen, are amongst the most virtuous beings in the setting. I'd feel safer knowing they are ahead of me than alongside any other group anywhere. Their being dull as erasers doesn't factor into it.

Some fun facts about Ogryns: The smartest ones can count past 2. They are so loyal, they end up following the one they like even if that one becomes a Chaos worshipper (Darktide has Ogryn Nurglings). They're VERY claustrophobic, and tend to be sedated before heading into space. They used to be given automatic weapons, but were removed because they loved the sound/feel and would waste everything in one fight. Give them a medal for something random, and they'll be happier than a kid in a candy store. I'm sure others can tack onto this, but this is what I can remember atm XD LOVE these big lugs!
