One of the best experiences for tourists in London is taking a guided tour along the River Thames. We started at Westminster and finished at Greenwich. Throughout the journey, our guide shared a wealth of information about London and its history, including the challenges the city has faced, such as the plague and the Great Fire of London. This experience is truly unmatched in the UK, leading me to believe that London will remain a major city for years to come. Take care

@@eksodass it's good. Im still finding my base line on the erg. I've gone to some classes in my area and been doing the workout of the day pretty much everyday. I'm at about 2:20 per 500m. Which isnt bad and is down from where i started which was like 2:48 per 500m. I'm working my way toward a 20min 10k.

Looks like we in the same range, on a good day 2:09 -2:24. Also trying to prove on posture and form. Keep going!
