On May 21, 2024 PROFILEmiami hosted the sold-out PROFILEconnect: A Royal Retreat An Exploration into Miami Hospitality Real Estate. The panel explored hospitality real estate in Miami, namely investing in, developing and operating commercial real estate assets with a focus on hospitality including hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, private clubs, golf courses, etc. The panel featured Miami’s top developers and owners Ronny Finvarb - Finvarb Group, Michael Simkins - E11EVEN Partners / Lion Development, Mathieu Massa - Mr. Hospitality / QUEEN, Alex Witkoff - Witkoff, @RobertRivani1 - Black Lion Investment Group and moderated by Christian Charre - Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality.
