Yes, the concierge actually met us during check in and walked us to our cabin. She gave us a card with her number if we needed anything. We did spend a lot more time enjoying the cabin with other family and friends that were also on the cruise.

We were just 2 in that room but I believe some rooms have 2 queens that would sleep 3.

The room was not noisy at all. It was in the very front so not a lot of traffic outside the room. Also since there's a bit of entry way before you get to the living room, you really don't here anything from the halfway. My sister said that the little room with the bunkbeds is a bit warmer than the rest of the cabin but definitely not too hot.

Oh nooo! You actually can but I had a real bad knee at the time. We took a taxi to the beach, and they had people on the street that guided you to the actual restaurant. They allowed a cab to actually come to the beach pavement to pick us up because it started to storm.

It's at the end of the entrance drive. Just keep going past the regular drop off and you'll see it.

Thanks for the advice. We're still learning (got a mic now too). Our kids keep telling us things we're doing wrong so slowly but surely we're getting a bit better.

The luggage drop for suites and pinnacle is the farthest to the right. We didn't know and just dropped off at the first stop but as we drove back to parking lot we saw there was one next to it that we should have used. No line for security check and very smooth procedure overall.

Some doors also have a special child's lock higher up so definitely secure.

That's why we wanted to make a video. It's like aura class on MSC cruiseline. Not a suite but you have a lot of special amenities.

We payed about $6 and it took between 5 and 10 minutes. Pretty easy to get there. There's also shuttles you can take but not sure of the cost.

I don't really remember differences in prices. A lot of the lobster prices are not actually on the menu and you have to ask. Not sure we ever saw a Spanish menu even though we spoke to them in Spanish.

Good choice! If I had known how incredibly close it was, we would have chosen it too. I already have plans to use that one next time for sure.

Cabin 1256 on the 10th floor. We really enjoyed it.

@shottynaberhaus1086 everything is available a la carte at decent prices. You also have the option of choosing all inclusive for just certain days. We just didnt want to be tied down to eating on site all the time. Drinks were about the same as most restaurants. The only meal we had there was a special fixed price 3 course dinner for about $35. We also had a couple of cocktails during our stay and don't remember them being over priced. Barracudas, next door, seemed like it was a bit more expensive but very good.

The problem with walking is that the route takes you through some side streets (not a direct route along the beach to the port. ) We have seen, however, vans that offer accessibility options. We traveled with a couple that had a scooter and the driver lifted the scooter onto trunk of the van. It is within walking distance, if that is what you choose though.

I didn't have any but those that did, liked it. (Nothing was left over, lol)

We ended up paying between 1300 and 1400. We had 4 in the cabin so that helped and also bought when prices were still a little low so I'm sure they've gone up since then.

They have everything a la carte. I think it was around $120 a day to add all inclusive.

It was about $6 each way. My sisters and I spent about $140 total for the 3 of us. Appetizers, lobster entree and a couple of drinks each.

It really was a nice resort. It was like 2 vacations in 1 (Disney and the woods)

We would have loved a jacuzzi. We enjoyed a jacuzzi on the private MSC Aurea sundeck and spent a lot of time there too.

Thanks! We actually didn't drive but I think it's free. There wasn't any sort of restricted parking area for the hotel.

It's actually very inexpensive to get to the beach. There are shuttles and taxis right at the exit. Taxis cost about $5 or $6. The shuttle us a little less
