One thing that really stands out about your grooming is how relaxed, happy, and trusting the dogs are. They seem happy even though I never see you bribe them with treats. Perhaps you are editing out the parts where they are pulling their legs back, barking, or snapping at you. But, the dogs you groom really do seem to be less nervous and trust you. I would like to see the process you go through with a new dog, how you greet them and get them relaxed before the groom starts. I would also be interested in the conversation you have with owners before the 1st appointment. What kinds of questions should they be ready to answer, either to determine how best to groom the dog, but also about any possible behavooral issues. Perhaps one of your new clients would not mind being on a video that show that part.

I prefer the narrated videos myself; less than 10 minutes is great; entertainment/education with cute dogs holds my attention. Keep making videos!! please

My favourite type of vids for dog grooming is go fetch grooming where it’s a bit longer form but sped up to gloss over the less interesting aspects of a groom. Also love quick face tutorials and working with different coat types like love mud lady does. Very helpful, especially for new groomers as I spent hours going through UA-cam looking for answers and couldn’t find what I was looking for when I first started. Good luck for 2025 🙂

I learned how to groom my own dog at home, as he has had some really bad experiences at the groomers. I am currently using a set of Hiniger Saphir clippers, which I love! I saw one of your videos in which you spoke about having a backup. I was wondering do you think it's worth investing in a set of backup clippers in case my current set goes out mid-groom, even though I'm just a groomer for my dog only?
