My freezer has a spring control switch that pops out when the drawer is opened. Does that mean it does not need a magnet if I just tape that switch down so the freezer thinks it's closed even when it's open? Or does it still need a magnet? I'm confused because the plastic you took off is the bumper to control the spring controlled switch. Yet you keep referring to a magnet contact switch. Please can you explain

And if your refrigerator doesn't have a switch?

the model we have is haier full fridge and found the spot to turn off the internal light with a magnet but the temp display remains on. the display is built into the door externally and comes on as soon as the door is open. any suggestions how to disable that display? thanks

אבישי, תודה על הוידאו. יש לי כמעט אותו מקרר של סמסונג, רק בלי הקיוסק ובגימור לבן. המגנטים עובדים יופי על הדלתיים של המקרר עצמו ובדיוק איפה שהראת. אבל החלק של המקפיא לא ברור וקצת קשה להבין מהוידאו איפה זה. אפשר הסבר? תודה.

What do you do about the digital display that turns on when you open the door?

You should re due the video and show exactly where the magnets for the bottom drawer should placed.

What was the magnet strip you put on top and then another magnet on top of that? I have a similar Samsung fridge and can’t figure it out with the switches on top. My fridge looks just like yours except white.

Hold the WATER/ICE and DOOR ALARM for 7 second and it will turn off !

We have a new Samsung model #RF261B. We can turn off the lights from the fridge with the magnets but we can't find the sweet spot for the freezer light. Any suggestions?
