Absolutely spot on! I was an extreme extrovert in business being in high tech sales and marketing for 36 yrs. I'm retired 20 yrs. ago and all my business and social "friends" have passed on or moved on and I often feel like the last man standing. It's OK as I always had the skills for self preservation and my canine's company gives me solace being alone (I think he feels the same way). I take take care of life, I'm healthy (not wealthy), I give thanks each day with the utmost respect, honor and love to my Father above. Shalom!

My wife of 49 years passed in 2019. We have a big house, way too big for just me. It's filled with reminders - everything in it has a story. The first thing I did was rescue a dog, Then, he quickly rescued me. My son and family offered to sell their house and move in with me. I told them that if they could get a good price, I'd be OK with that (expecting a long process). They listed their house and it sold the same day. So, 3 months after losing my wife, I had a dog, my son, DIL, and my 3 and 5 year old grandsons move in. I became like Uncle Charlie on My Three Sons. I do all the cooking, shopping, take care of my own laundry, and all the outside work.. My DIL keeps the house clean, does their laundry, and works outside the home. My son works full-time. I feed and put the kids (they are now 8 & 10) put them on the bus in the morning, and meet them when they get home. I cook dinner, clean-up, then go to my room to think about my wife in Heaven. I still wear my wedding ring. Love never dies. Keep yourself busy and around other people. Being alone and lonely is hazardous to your health.

After that she doesn't care. She used my money for her vacations with her boyfriend. Its ok. Its gonna come around. Makes me wonder why her boyfriend doesnt help her? As a fellow health UA-camr, I really appreciate the insights shared in this video! It's fascinating how something as seemingly simple as urination habits can provide significant clues about our overall health, especially as we age. Research shows that changes in urinary patterns can be linked to various health issues, including hydration levels, prostate health in men, and even potential signs of diabetes. It's crucial for seniors to stay aware of these changes and consult healthcare professionals when necessary. Additionally, I love how you highlighted Mr. L's active lifestyle! Regular physical activity, a balanced diet, and staying socially engaged are all key factors in promoting longevity and quality of life. Thank you for shedding light on this important topic! It’s a reminder for all of us to listen to our bodies and prioritize our health as we age. Keep up the great work, Mindful Insights! #HealthyAging #Longevity

As a fellow health UA-camr, I appreciate the valuable insights shared in your video. It's crucial to raise awareness about liver health, as many people overlook the signs until it's too late. I’d like to add that in addition to jaundice and unexplained fatigue, other subtle symptoms can also indicate liver issues, such as changes in appetite, unexplained weight loss, and even skin changes like spider veins. These signs can often be dismissed, but they are essential for early detection. Moreover, lifestyle factors play a significant role in liver health. Incorporating a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, staying hydrated, and engaging in regular physical activity can help support liver function. It's also important to limit exposure to toxins and be mindful of medications that can affect liver health. Thank you for shedding light on this important topic! I believe that by sharing knowledge and encouraging proactive health measures, we can help our viewers lead healthier lives. Keep up the great work!

As a fellow health UA-camr, I appreciate the valuable insights shared in this video! It's crucial to address the misconceptions surrounding blood pressure standards for older adults, especially since many people may not realize the risks associated with elevated levels. In addition to what was discussed, I’d like to highlight the importance of regular monitoring and lifestyle modifications. Engaging in activities like regular physical exercise, maintaining a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and managing stress through mindfulness practices can significantly contribute to better heart health. Moreover, it’s essential to consider individual variations in health conditions and consult healthcare professionals for personalized advice. This approach not only empowers older adults to take charge of their health but also fosters a community of awareness and support. Thank you for shedding light on this important topic! Looking forward to more insightful content from Mindful Insights.

As a fellow holistic health content creator, I truly appreciate the insights shared in your video, "The Four Reasons Why Some People Lack Friends and Familial Relationships." The exploration of how our understanding of time and relationships shapes our connections is particularly resonant. In holistic health, we often emphasize the importance of nurturing not just our physical well-being but also our emotional and social health. The idea that many relationships remain superficial due to a lack of depth in understanding and communication is a crucial point. It reminds us that fostering genuine connections requires vulnerability and the willingness to engage authentically with others. Additionally, your mention of "fair weather friends" highlights a common experience that many face. It’s essential to cultivate relationships with those who support us through both joys and challenges. This aligns with the holistic principle of surrounding ourselves with a supportive community that uplifts our spirit and well-being. I also resonate with the notion of solitude being a source of peace for some. While solitude can be healing, it’s vital to find a balance that allows for meaningful connections without losing oneself in isolation. Mindfulness practices can be a great tool for this, helping individuals to be present in their interactions and to appreciate the relationships they do have. Thank you for shedding light on these important aspects of human connection. Your insights contribute significantly to the conversation around mindfulness and emotional health. Keep up the great work!

As a fellow wellness creator, I appreciate the insights shared in this video! It’s crucial to recognize the importance of maintaining independence and personal fulfillment, especially in our later years. Research shows that older adults who engage in meaningful activities and maintain social connections outside of family tend to experience better mental and emotional well-being. While living with family can seem like a supportive option, it’s essential to establish boundaries and ensure that personal interests and self-care are prioritized. Perhaps exploring alternative living arrangements or fostering open communication about expectations can help create a more balanced dynamic. Thank you for shedding light on this important topic! It’s a reminder for all of us to advocate for our own needs and well-being as we age

As a fellow health and wellness creator, I appreciate the important conversation you're initiating in this video. It's crucial to shed light on the challenges faced by the elderly, as their experiences often go unnoticed. The points you raised about abandonment and the impact of long-term illness resonate deeply. Research shows that social isolation can significantly affect mental and physical health in older adults, leading to increased rates of depression and anxiety. Additionally, the financial strain many elderly individuals face can exacerbate feelings of helplessness and shame, which is a critical issue that needs more awareness. I encourage viewers to consider how we can foster a more supportive environment for our aging population. Simple acts of kindness, regular check-ins, and community engagement can make a significant difference in their lives. Thank you for bringing this topic to the forefront-it's a vital step toward promoting mindfulness and compassion in our society!
