Great idea testing shooting thru brush. Really good video. As an old archer I would suggest changing your release firing style. You’re using the tip of the finger which is actually punching the shot.. This is a very inaccurate method. Usually leads to target panic. I’m betting you are punching as the pin flys by the target spot? Please watch “ bow only outdoors “ on UA-cam and see his techniques on various releases setup and execution techniques. I guarantee you your control over the shot process will make you a lot better shot. Commit a hundred serious shots trying his style. Watch other of their videos and see the results. GOOD LUCK!

I would definitely recommend waiting for an ideal shot opportunity this year. I know your playing around with scenarios that you aren’t familiar with, and I commend you for that, but frankly your groups are not good even with this in mind. I assume your aware, I’m leaving this in part for the audience as well. Don’t want people thinking they are ready with sub par accuracy. Enjoyed the video and will subscribe. I predict you’ll put some meat in the freezer.

Cool vid! Always wanted to try this. Try this method....cut a small sapling(1.5-2 inches across) off about 2-3 foot above the ground with a saw. Then saw straight down into the sapling, splitting it in half. The vibrations will carry down through the roots of the sapling. Supposedly!😂

My neighbor used a "stinger" and would get dozens in a short period of time. I don't know how safe it was. It was a lamp cord split and each wire attached to a metal coat hanger, pushed into moist ground about 3ft apart and plugged in. Worms don't like electricity. Just don't forget to unplug first. Don't try this at home, we are professional and Gen X.

What pot calls are you using. I just got this vest and I even tried one of Knight and Hales Scarlet Fever pot calls and they would not fit the pockets. The pot is 3 3/4 X 3/4" and the opening for the pot will only expand to 3 1/4"

A little tip from a guy that shoots a lot of squirrels. Take it or leave it... Hold your rifle steady for a second after the shot. After each shot you were moving the rifle to check and see if you hit your squirrel, but I think on several you moved the gun as it was firing. I think that is what was causing the misses. Cheers.
