I'm in California, and I recently subleased a person. I told him that there is a possibility that I could receive section 8. 15 days later I received a call and my section 8 was approved. I told him and now he says he needs more time. We have no sublease agreement. Nothing in writing. I do know I can have a guest for up to 30 days I do not want to jeopardize this benefit that I so desperately need

I suspect McFarlin LLP was not a legit business. I found at least 3 other phone numbers and they all lead to dead ends. Just a generic answering bot that asks you to enter an extension. No mention of the business name. The lack of comments from people verifying they have gotten help is also telling. I saw a few bad reviews on Google. One person said they paid $12,000 and got no help. The website link in the description leads to a generic page that doesn't mention McFarlin LLP. It looks like something made in one of those website creator programs. It is also odd that Tim hasn't responded to any of the recent comments on this video. My advice to anyone seeking bankruptcy help is to find a local law firm that has a physical address you can drive too. There are simply too many scammers on social media pretending to be legitimate companies.

What if a home was sold in foreclosure in the previous owners name and never sent us a single document or court order a option? The home is in our name and they send everything to her that’s what it says on the docket. Even on the doc It says they sent the documents to the previous owner P.O. Box something we dont even have access too?

My name is Dennis and my lender had my house scheduled for for closure auction. The day before I called the lender and the clerk of courts and told them I would be filling a B 13, I did file that next morning in the federal courthouse and then called the lender and the clerk of the circuit court and gave them the court case number that bankruptcy court provided me ! The next day which is today Friday the10 of December on the internet it says that my house was sold at the circuit court, is that legal for them to sell it after I had filed the B 13 in the federal court, and provided them with thecase# . I'm scared to death as my wife actually fell on the street near the court house and broke her hip as I was filling my paperwork. She is now in the hospital after hip surgery and scheduled for up to two weeks of inpatient rehab! Now I sit here in fear they will come throw me to thecurb. Any info will greatly ease my mind, I live in Florida in case they have different rules that I don't understand. This is my first and only bankruptcy, I filled jointly with my wife!! Thank you sir

Can you after defaulting on a sba loan still get another from the covid assistance? I'm sure not but who for sure knows so I can't help to ask . ? Also a good question is after Katrina the SBA was thrown at us in a bad state of mind like posttraumatic stress disorder and I was wondering if post traumatic stress disorder could cause a person to sign a lone that they would regret later. If you have a disorder medically and you sign alone after a tragedy of losing everything you had no job no home , money and no where to go along with 4 kids and needed anything because of loosing pretty much of your life. Would that interfear with not making right decisions than grabbing a loan that would be such a regret that would haunt me forever. I knowing today what I did then I would have never applied and lived with my family under a bridge before I would have signed it
