Welcome to another Christmas Jam from 12-27-24. This one starts as a derivative jam of Reggae for the Taking (Frank-o & The Americans song, written by Jerry Wickman), then goes into Reggae for the taking but w/slight upgrades from The Fusetrippers. Chad on vocals. Enjoy!

This is a great example of who the Fusetrippers are. This jam was 100% improv, which is something we have always prided ourselves with as this comes very easy for Todd & myself as was evident the day we started jamming back in the early 2000's. Recorded Live @ the Fusetripper clubhouse studio on December 27th, 2024. Fusetripper has been making cools sounds since the fall of 2016. While this is a mash up of Breath by Pink Floyd, Turtle in the clouds by Phish and Never Gonna Make it Home by the incredible Split Lip Rayfield, most of what Fusetripper plays is completely improv. A nice original instrumental I wrote a few years ago in GADF#AD tuning. This song was originally written for my wife's uncle Harley, a great man with a gifted memory who shared many of stories with me about the family tree. he also loved mountain music and was the oldest guy in Michigan to have his HVAC license before he passed! we really miss him!!
