I rent in Florida for my vacations. I don’t worry about insurance or hurricanes. If I can’t find a property to rent for a month, there are 20,000 others available to me. Florida is way way way overpriced to purchase anything there. Fact!

I must say this video is far superior to many I have seen recently. It does change scenes frequently but it flows with enough time spent on the subjects to allow the viewer to examine and appreciate the scene before it switches to a new view. In addition to that expertise, the videos does not fast forward jump in a nauseating, please kill the cameraman or editor, manner. This was excellently presented except for the music, which is upbeat but immature annoyingly synthesized crap for a $15 million estate.

I was just looking at a $5,000,000 house inland on a lake with a very large fantastic back yard. However, if you were led blindfolded into any interior room then had the blindfold removed, you would think you were in a large 3/2 Ranch style home built in the 80s. The interior was uninspired. On the other hand, this house has well done architectural features internally. This house looks as though it would be worth multi millions. Now, it is not perfect. Its location is both detrimental and excellent from two different perspectives. It is located on a finger in the intercoastal waterway and faces east. Therefore, there is an opportunity to watch sunrises but not sunsets. Bummer. On the other hand, the house is very protected from wind and waves by being behind the barrier islands and on the east side of its own land so waves would need to breach two land barriers before they became problematic. It is not perfect but it is a beautiful house on a great location.

Beautiful house but the video is annoyingly choppy. Most of the scenes start out looking at the ceilings, and they are elegant, but just as the camera pans down to show the room it jumps to a new scene. This is not a pleasant experience.

So, in the future, before you pay your videographer more than 25% of the agreed upon final product fee, bring in some discerning viewers (I volunteer for free.) for a pre-presentation review. This is a FANTASTIC residence, (except for the less than ideal view of the neighboring multi-story condominiums whose residents will certainly be focusing their telescopes on the mansion's pool) worthy of wealthy celebrities or in the alternative, rich folks with exquisite taste. This is the Yabba Dabba Dooo of an excellent, well decored mansion. But, the video could have been so much better. It is interesting as art but it is terrible as a sales presentation. You have a wonderful product that should certainly sell itself with a viewer friendly video.
