It definitely still in development. I enjoy early Access games like this, but yes, there IS typically a stall point in most where new content becomes scarce. Same happened with New World and many others. But time will tell on this one. It's also why I waited to snag it on sale. LOL

Same here. Ive heard that the official pub servers went down without comment a few months ago.. last I heard they hadnt come back up so that the only way to play is SP.. and thats been a buggy mess with corrupted saves since the game launched. I had to stop covering it because after about 4 episodes in, my save would crap out and Id have to restart the whole series. Dang shame, game is fantastic.... when it works.

@@OldGamerzNeverDie It really is an awesome game, and has so much potential. I wont be holding my breath, but would be nice to see a more polished Atlas 2 released at some point. Until then, just unofficial servers.

@@devaprasadm1467 Actually did get to play. This vid was from the initial demo, and had some glitches, but the devs were very open to fixing things. The full release is out now, and it's a greatly missed improved Experience AND tons of fun.

I havent actually experienced what you are describing. Are you playing in Single Player or on a server?

@@Sun4ATlas So here's the good and the bad news. From what Ive heard/seen Atlas as an online game has been basically abandoned by Grapeshot (the producer, under Snail Games). The Single player has been about the only way you could play for most of the year, and SP has NEVER been fully optimized. I had to stop playing SP for the simple reason that Id get about 4 or 5 episodes in and my save would get corrupted and wouldnt launch, requiring me to restart the entire playthru. Atlas WAS a great game, WHEN it worked. It never really worked at all on console, and unfortunately, it looks like the devs have all "abondoned ship". As for your particular issue, if you are on pc, you could try to verify your game files on steam, or reinstall (your save game should still be there). IF your save game has become corrupted, youre out of luck, the only way to continue is to do a full wipe and start a new game. If you are on Xbox, I couldnt really give you any advice other than to restart and try another save file, but the console glitchiness may be the culprit here. Again, unfortunately, I dont see Grapeshot doing any fixes moving forward as they remain largely silent on any future updates, and the last 3 new "seasons" were just wipes and restarts on the same maps. Very disappointing to be sure.

@@OldGamerzNeverDie I play by PC. I already reinstalled the game, also i did this method of uninstalling Atlas and reinstalling it on another disk ssd or hdd, etc...etc... My PC is: -Ram 32gb 3600Mhz cl16 -Cpu 11th i7-11700 -GraphicsCard intelARC A770-16gb LE. And I don't think is about a problem of my PC, because when i play Ark Survival Ascended all of sea's 🌊 works very perfectly in that game. I just need to fix the sea's 🌊 of Atlas.

Yeah... RIP ... this game had such potential, now I think its just left in the Snail graveyard.

I can expand it to show the whole screen but it makes things very small... not sure which is better. But I will give that a try tonight and see what people like most :)

I can completely understand, its not for everyone to be sure. I dual stream to both vertical and regular (widescreen) when I do the vertical. It does appeal to some who are watching on their phones, which is the reason I started doing it, but there is a much better visual on the widescreen version. @@j666isme Ive tried NMS a couple of times early on and couldnt get going on it. Has it gotten better over the years? Does it warrant another chance for a fresh start?

A couple of reasons, but mostly because I like to promote some other content creators at the beginning of all my streams. Also, editing out the "pre game" means losing the chat replay. Plus its a chance to connect to my viewers. Honestly, you are the first to ask the question. I'll take the feedback and look at doing some clean up. Thanks for the comment.

Yep... its a dang shame that a game that had so much potential is now just a shattered mess. The official servers are offline with no word as to why or how long, SP is still full of game breaking bugs. I love the game when it works.. but its been over a year now with things just going downhill. I think Snail has done what they do.. and just moved on.... sorry to say.

Sorry.. Im not the guy to ask about pvp... I gave that up a long time ago. But check out Exiled Pheonix for some good info on PvP metas.

Its hilarious to watch to be sure... Ive seen those buggers just evaporate high level rexes, even alphas IF you have a good enough level of the beasties inside to hang in. The Dimorphs are especially nasty. Vultures would be awesome too.. but I couldnt get them to have an easy pathing in and out.. they kept getting stuck in the doorways.

I had no issue with even Alpha Leeds.. so it should hold up well for you. Let me know if you have any issues. And make sure all your X plants are on and firing :)

From what I found on Reddit, R3 moves coin and R1 moves inventory. Give that a shot and let me know if that solves the riddle :)

Theyve changed a lot since Age of Sorcery, some good changes, some not so great. Doesnt even play like the same game anymore.

Thanks! I never got into WoW, but my son was HEAVY into it. This game seems much more immersive to me than WoW did.. nothing against WoW... it did a great service to moving the gaming community into mainstream, but I do like the graphics better here. I have quite a few OGs that were former WoW addicts and they say the same thing you did, so it must be true :)

Not in my experience.... Im not sure which randomizer impacts the meteor falls.

It IS... always something else to do. The OGs are on Cimmeria, if you want a group to play with, hop in.. :) We just do PvE, but we have a great time!
