me personally , klee is should be higer. Yes high energy but mix her with buffs equipment and stall with oceanid and miko , you havd yourself a spam klee who can attack without the cost of dice

Electro Hypostasis is anti-Raiden users. It's satisfying to see enemies end their turn quickly because they're lack of dice. They can't burst immediately because the dice are reduced when switching.

amazing first 2 matches LMAOO also, in 11:34 in here you could have NA'ed with nahida, got 1 energy sacrificed collei and used itto on nahia burst with nahida and then given the weapon to klee and used pyro this would be a guaranteed win- in here if you didnt have the weapon you would have lost xd, i just wanted to share the strategy hope it helps!

My mona klee deck gets a first turn kill 4/5 times if they don't switch mid round. My Keqing pyro res deck can deals 10-12 damage first round in most games. Minimal rng required.
