For now, downgrade to firmware version 617v1/618v1 first (following Xeon's guide here: github.com/xeon1989/Proton-X50-IHU-Upgrade-Downgrade), then try sideload again

hi john chen, i using x50 flagship, first thing thanks for your Installation guide . i done follow all your step , but after i plugged usb at my. i stuck at the Photo media music, system won`t reboot by it self. i also done follow your step used another usb but didn`t work please advice thx brother

just got the car yesterday (20/5/23). Tested out to install but didn't run anything. Maybe it's the latest update.
For latest firmware, Proton disabled the loophole, please downgrade it to be 617/618 v1 using the script from author, then rerun the installation script.

Finally i have installed. Thanks you John😊 only thing that Newpipe play less than a min and sudden stop due to network error. Any idea how to solve this? I have hard reset but still occur.
@@feeras101 you can try side-load the latest newpipe apk, or wait author to update and you can reinstall (uninstall/install) the whole package again
I tried to uninstall the other apps as it was causing my iHU to be laggy. I plugged in the USB drive but it stucked at the "USB Device detected, please choose media". How do I successfully remove the apps such as YouTUbe, VLC? I tried to connect my CarLink kit but couldn't detect. Need your advise
Try uninstall everything and reinstall individually from the github link, just reinstalled recently, Carlink kit works perfectly

ACO patched it in latest Firmware version. If you updated to ATLAS version 617 / 618 from 2-Mar-2023 onwards, most probably this won't works for you. There are no way to install app at the moment. may I know is this true?

Yes, choose download first instead of the experience first option. However updates after March are not able to install any apks from the script alrdy ya.

Most users responded that they are unable to side-load apk for updates after March since Acotech has patched the firmware, you can try first

After installation meaning after optimising apps? Please do refer to the troubleshooting measures in my comments below. I have also heard mostly failed updates to Atlas 617/618 after March since Acotech patched the firmware, not sure if that applies to you as well.

There are scripts for both GKUI/ATLAS, just need a carlinkit to enable Apple Carplay, u can choose either platform with their respective scripts
I got three pendrive and i tried all 3 pendrive with Atlas 617 1st Pendrive keep show USB DISCONNECTED 2nd Pendrive keep stay at Media Choosing Screen 3rd is same as 2nd. I don't know what problem😭
