Hello, thanks for your request - Felder Group is offering the laser option for the HF spindle on the HNC3 series - presented on the Ligna 2023 show recently. Ask your local Felder salesman for availability in your region. For Vectric there are/will be Hammer post processors in very near future. For now without a laser it should also work I think, otherwise ask Vectric for support / information they are in good contact and ready to help customers. If you've an HNC 47.82 the route will be different but still possible - contact us trough internet website (contact form) or by telephone.

I am pretty sure that Cabinet Vision can perfectly integrate those FixChips as a sub-programm in the postprocessing towards the H150 machine, the only part you should consider is the nesting software. When you also manage the nesting-process within your own software I'am not sure how they can manage this joiners efficient in your nesting process. With Format4 F4-nest we have a perfect option which can manage those types of joiners in your nesting results. If you ordered F4-nest with the machine please ask your Felder representative if you've already this option included in your license, always possible to add to your license later.

In this video we only used the standard format4 software for creating some programs, no CAD/CAM or cabinet software. The FixChip however can be integrated in numerous CAD/CAM software programs without any problems. F4nest can nest the panels perfectly and efficient with FixChip joiners in the material when right configured (options and parameters).

Thanks for your feedback, yes sure this is possible and actually the only challenge could be the fixation of your workpiece. If you look trough the newest bass-gitar video of Felder Group TV you see several small pieces of different materials als fixations for the creation of this instrument.

Do you know what type of spindel you have, this is important for the right type of collets in the topplate of this systainer-insert. Are you going the use Estlcam V11 for the CNC-code?

I just ordered this CNC trough local Felder office in Madrid, with Hammer 1000w, speed control and quick tool change (1000 PV-WS). May I get the drawings for this? Still deciding which CAM to use, will try Esstlcam

The machine starts at ca. 3.800 Euros ex. VAT without motor and controller. Motor as shown in Video (Hammer 1000W with manual adjustable RPM) will cost about 245 Euro ex VAT and controller 3-axis is 370 Euro ex VAT. The machine will be listed in the Felder e-shop in many countries as soon as production on full level again, then you've your locale pricing online available.
