Had an 81,86,88 and 89 CR 500s. They were really fun. The Honda could out turn the Kawasaki. You could also get some head shakes with the Honda on fast straights. It never put me down however. Getting the suspension done right usually stopped the shake.

I think I could beat everyone with a tw200 swapped with an old mojave engine and an atv tire swap kit. Imagine it, a climb anything and bog anything bike with reverse.

Who is NZ's greatest Cross country rider of all time? Brad was definitely good, but there are other contenders. Adrian Smith is up there, Rory Mead until injury put paid to his career. But surely the cream de la cream, would have to be Paul Whibley. That's just my opinion.
