Redout running on Linux and Wine!!!
finally got this game Redout Vertex Plaza working through the Heroic Games Launcher and Wine-GE-LOL-p8-12. Don't know how I did it...wine is a complete mysterybox to me... it seems I just had to rest it for a couple of months-year, so today when I ran it it launches on first try for some reason. :)
But had to turn down all graphics to minimum.... and so I think it's not using the Nvidia gpu..

hehe sure... just install any distribution with kde plasma desktop and configure desktop effects, desktop cube

@@mem7562 yeah you're right KDE removed it for some reason... i think you can get it in gnome and xfce with compiz :)

Could you state which distribution this is and if its KDE4 or KDE5 and also which plasma theme you are showing. Great video thanks in advance.
I think it's ubuntu 18... not totally sure but it works in any distribution running kde5. you can find Desktop Cube in desktop effects in settings and set it up. ;) (i saw now they removed the cube effect in some recent version of kde)
i've since switched from ubuntu to MX linux and manjaro... think i'm going over completely to manjaro soon cause i realized some kde packages in mx are old/broken.
don't know exactly what themes i used i usually search for (in color themes) something dark and pink/purple ... and play around with the panels and stuff to my liking
eh i was wrong..they removed it in later versions of kde...
