Great gunbarrel! I find most choices (the use of synths, the key change, etc.) are something that Barry could have gone for in an alternate reality gunbarrel. The octave change in the melody strings is the only choice which seems less likely to me (but it still sounds great - Bill Conti also did it with the trumpets in FYEO and it's awesome!). I'm especially fascinated by the combination of synths and percussion that starts playing after Bond appears onscreen. It reminds me a lot of those same elements in Barry's main title music for Game of Death. And that was 1978, which reinforces the plausibility of your arrangement. Love the censorship. Who's the guy? Is he from Doctor Who by any chance?

My favorite bit is when Bond escapes from the crocodiles, then the music stops for a moment, as if to take a breath along with Bond, and then picks up again when he starts luring the animals into the building with the food. I love how the ride cymbal at 1:52 kicks in a beat or so before the rest of the Bond theme.

Man, you're three for three here! These are great, especially when the 007 theme kicks in in this one!

Awesome. The Bond theme here reminds me of Chew Me in Grisly Land and the harp reminds me of Goldfinger. But having the melody play so low and combining it with the brass in the background makes it sound full of menace (that marimba sounds really sweet too). I wonder if there's any way to obtain these tracks without the SFX? (Even though there aren't many.)

Man, this is so cool! Love the faster tempo, in the style of The Man with the Golden Gun. And the harpsichord makes me think of The Persuaders. That kind of sound would have also been in line with the pieces Barry did for Polydor in the early seventies. And I love the brass when we see the conference room, appropriately very official-sounding.
